Replacement of stolen lead
This was a single issue meeting held urgently to enable work to replace stolen lead to progress quickly.
Angie Ayling, Churchwarden, proposed that the work to replace the lead stolen from the roof of the church shed and porch proceed as soon as possible; the lead will be replaced with an alternative, suggested by the architect and the builder, that does not have the re-sale value of lead ( in accordance with the proposals supported by Adam Klups, the senior church buildings officer at the diocese).
