Angie AylingOn Sunday 25 April I am going to run the London Marathon (for the third and, I am sure, final time). I am doing so for the Multiple Sclerosis Resource Centre (MSRC, whose patron Alistair Hignell lives in Stroud) and have pledged to raise £1500 for the charity.

I am well into my training programme, running sometimes alone, sometimes with a friend and weekly with members of the Cotswold Allrunners club. I know from past experience that it is the knowledge that I am running for a good cause that keeps me going at the most difficult times in training and in the race itself – particularly around 17 miles! Therefore I am seeking support from family, friends and associates in the form of sponsorship and I appeal to you now to help me with this.

One of the simplest ways is to sponsor me online at www.justgiving.com/Angie-Ayling. If you do not have Internet access, or prefer to sponsor in the more traditional way, I have put up a sponsor form on the notice board at the back of the church. Thank you in anticipation.
